Roasted Broad Bean Rice with Garlic Stalks

Pinch the garlic sprouts into sections and wash. Wash the broad beans and rice together.

Heat the wok and release the oil.
3.
Stir fry with broad beans and rice.

When the broad beans and rice are fried until they bulge, add garlic and stir-fry for a while.

Add the right amount of water, soy sauce and sugar.

Cover the pot and simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Season with salt and chicken essence.
