Roasted Chicken Drumsticks

Remove the bones of the chicken legs, remove or cut off the muscles after the bones are removed, and use kitchen paper to absorb the water.

Put the chicken legs in a bowl and poke some small holes in the chicken legs with a toothpick

Another bowl is filled with soy sauce, salt, abalone juice, ginger, cooking wine, black pepper, honey and oil.
