Roasted Chicken Feet with Taro

Peel the taro and wash it.

Rinse the chicken scratches in blanching water and set aside.

Pour a little oil into the pan, add Laoganma hot sauce and stir-fry well, add taro and stir fry.

Add the water soaked in the taro, cover the pot and simmer for about 10 minutes.
