Roasted Chicken Wings in Honey Sauce

                                1.
Wash the chicken wings and pierce some small holes with a fork

                                2.
Mix the honey marinade with water evenly, put in the chicken wings and massage for a while, so that the chicken wings will taste faster

                                3.
Heat oil in a pan, saute the shallots, ginger, garlic and star anise

                                4.
Pour the chicken wings and stir fry a few times with cooking wine

                                5.
Pour the marinated chicken wings soup and appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat, skim off the foam and turn on a low heat

                                6.
After the chicken wings are fully cooked, add salt when harvesting the sauce over high heat, add a little old extract, and stir fry for the sauce.

                                Tips:
You can also use brown sugar or rock sugar to adjust the sweetness without the honey marinade. Just a bag of honey marinade has a little bottom left, and when it's time for it, it's time to use it.
