Tips:
1. For the soup of spicy cabbage, you must choose good quality spicy cabbage. The spicy cabbage sold in some supermarkets is not authentic and has no other taste except salty. The spicy cabbage I bought was fermented in a small shop in a Korean settlement, and it tasted superb. If you don't have it, you don't need to put it, but the aroma of spicy cabbage will be missing.
2. Tomatoes can be mashed or juiced in advance, or they can be peeled and chopped directly.
