Roasted Chicken Wings with Honey Sauce

Wash the chicken wings to remove the blood, and use a knife to cut the chicken wings.

Pour cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, green onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, pepper, and chicken wings into the bowl.
