Roasted Cod in Sweet Spicy Sauce

Main and auxiliary ingredients: cod, sweet and spicy sauce.

Clean up the cod and make a few even strokes on the back of the backrest.

Heat oil, add green onion and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Cook into the cooking wine and vinegar.
