Roasted Cowboy Bones
1.
Chop 3 cowboy bones into small pieces, add cooking wine, salt, chicken juice, and an appropriate amount. After mixing, add appropriate amount of coloring, black peppercorns, starch or glutinous rice flour. Mix well and leave for about ten minutes. Fry in hot oil for half a minute.
2.
Put some ginger and black pepper sauce in the pan and heat the oil. Add chicken essence, monosodium glutamate and a little sugar after the juice is cooked. Put the fried cowboy bones into the pan and stir-fry until the juice is collected. Cut the onion in the meantime. Put the silk in the hot oil pan, add the light soy sauce, stir fry for a few times, pour into the cowboy bones and stir again to make the pan evenly.
