Roasted Drumsticks

Prepare the main ingredient chicken drumsticks.

Wash the chicken thighs, draw a knife in the middle, and add all the ingredients except honey.

Grab it with your hands and marinate for more than 6 hours. I marinated it the night before and bake it when I got up early in the morning.

Prepare a baking tray, line it with tin foil, and remove the garlic and ginger sticking to the chicken legs. Put it in the baking dish. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

Put the chicken thighs into the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake them for 15 minutes at 250 degrees.

Brush each chicken leg with a layer of honey, then return it to the oven and continue to bake for 10 minutes until the surface of the chicken leg is slightly burnt.

Finished product.
Tips:
Without XO sauce, you can change it to the same amount of sauce you like.
