Roasted Eggplant that is Better Than Restaurants

Cut the eggplant into pieces, scoop in two spoons of dried starch, and mix well by hand. Cut tomatoes, green peppers, garlic slices

Seasoning sauce: 1 spoon of starch + 3 spoons of water + 2 spoons of soy sauce + 1 spoon of oil consumption + 1 spoon of sugar + half a spoon of salt

3 teaspoons of flour, 3 teaspoons of starch, an egg, and some water to make a batter. Put the eggplant in and roll around, sticking the batter on each side

After the roll is finished, deep fry in the frying pan until it is golden brown and fish out.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add garlic cloves and sauté fragrant, add tomatoes and green peppers and fry
