Roasted Eggplant with Garlic
1.
Wash the eggplant first, dry the surface water, and apply a layer of oil.
2.
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, put the eggplant in the middle layer and roast at 230°C for 30 minutes. Take it out halfway and turn it over to continue roasting. Every oven has a different temper, so the temperature is for reference only!
3.
When roasting the eggplant, we first prepare the sauce, wash the chili and garlic seeds, chopped into pieces, put them in a large bowl, and sprinkle with the barbecue ingredients. Supermarkets have ready-made barbecue ingredients for sale, and you can also use cumin powder and pepper to replace them.
4.
Pour in a spoonful of hot oil to stimulate the aroma, add salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and mix well.
5.
After the eggplant is roasted, cut it in half and make a few strokes in the middle to make it easier to taste.
6.
Pour the seasoned sauce evenly on the eggplant, put it in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes before serving.
