Roasted Goose with Potatoes

Clean up the light goose

Chop it up

Soak the goose pieces in water and wash them

Blanch the water: Put the goose pieces into the pot with cold water, boil for 1 minute and remove, rinse again and set aside

Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into pieces and set aside

Tips:
1. Because the goose is relatively large, only one-third of this dish is used.
