Roasted Kidney Beans

Pinch off the sharp ends of the kidney beans, wash them, dry water, and cut them to a uniform length.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the boiling pot, add salt, oil, and soda noodles after the water is boiled, and cook for a few minutes until the kidney beans are fully cooked.

Remove the kidney beans, rinse with cold water, drain the water, and try to dry the surface water.

Brush oil in the tin box, put kidney beans of different lengths on top, and brush with barbecue sauce.

Place them on the same length and brush with barbecue sauce.

Put it into the middle layer of the oven preheated to 200 degrees, set for 25 minutes, and start running.

Wash the shallots and cut into small pieces.

Flatten the garlic and cut into small pieces.

Pour 10ml of oil into the wok, add garlic and onion powder when the oil temperature is slightly high, fry on low heat until the garlic is slightly yellow, and stir well to form garlic oil.

When the oven runs for 17 minutes, take out the tin box, brush the sauce on the kidney beans again, and pour garlic oil on the surface.

Put it into the oven and bake for about 8 minutes.

Take out and sprinkle with shallots and sesame seeds on the surface, ready to be eaten.
Tips:
1. Adjust the roasting time according to the thickness of kidney beans and the temperament of your own oven.
2. The cooking time of kidney beans is about 5 minutes.
3. Add a little soda noodles when cooking kidney beans, in order to make the color bright, don't add too much.
