Roasted Lamb Leg

One leg of lamb, I cut off the calf, so it’s easier to put it, cut the leg of lamb on both sides, deep into the bone

Finely chop green onions and ginger, add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, and salt to the leg of lamb to consume fuel, so that the seasoning is evenly in contact with the leg of lamb. You can massage it with your hands to taste, marinate for more than 1 hour, and turn it a few times in the middle.

Cut the potatoes and onions into pieces and place them on the baking tray or leave them alone

Half of cumin and sesame are ground into powder with a food processor

Put the baking tray into the middle of the oven, and heat up and down at 220 degrees, and bake for 30 minutes. Remember, the leg of lamb should be covered with tin foil first

Take it out after baking for 30 minutes, remove the tin foil, and continue baking for 15 minutes

After 5 minutes, take it out and apply a layer of oil, sprinkle with whole cumin and sesame seeds, and sprinkle some chili for spicy ones. Bake for 10 minutes, turn over and sprinkle the seasoning and bake for 5 minutes.
Tips:
The oven time is adjusted according to the performance of your own oven, remember to wrap the baking with tin foil first, and then color the baking.
