Roasted Leeks

Wash the leeks in a handful and remove the old leaves.

Cut off the tail of the leek.
3.
Preheat the electric baking pan, brush the oil, and add the leeks.

Turn it over and brush a layer of oil on the leeks.
5.
After baking on both sides, sprinkle with appropriate amount of thirteen incense and cumin powder.
6.
Bring out the pan, pour the chili powder, because the chili powder contains salt, so do not add salt separately.
7.
Sprinkle with a spoonful of chopped peanuts.
