Roasted Leeks

Pick and wash the leeks

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the leeks to the boil and immediately remove and drain the water. You don’t need to blanch it for too long~ Take two or three leeks together, start slowly from the roots, and roll them tightly into a big roll. Use a bamboo stick to pass through the middle of the leek roll.

According to the length of the bamboo sticks, each 2-3 rolls can be a set. Brush the leek rolls with an even layer of oil, sprinkle with salt, cumin powder, pepper, chili powder, and white sesame seeds.

Put it in the middle and lower part of the steaming oven without preheating, start the hot air grilling function, and set it to 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
