Roasted Lentils in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients: net lentils, tomato juice, green onions

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onions

Put in lentils

Stir-fry repeatedly until the lentils collapse

Add tomato juice

After boiling, season with salt and simmer for about 5 minutes
