Roasted Orchid Dried Tofu with Rice Noodles

Ingredients: Zizania, dried orchid tofu, dried chili, rock sugar

Peel the zizania officinalis and clean it.

Put it on the chopping board and cut into hob blocks, set aside.

Put the dried orchid tofu on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the chopped rice whites and stir fry.

Then, combine the cut dried orchid tofu and add some water.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.
9.
Add the right amount of rock sugar.

Add appropriate amount of dried chili.

Season to a boil.

Then, cook until the soup is almost ready.
