Roasted Pigeon

A young pigeon. Wash and remove internal organs.

All ginger and garlic chopped rice.
3.
Sprinkle evenly on the pigeons.
4.
Add all powders and oily light soy sauce.

Scratch it evenly with the outside of your hand. Let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight, about 10 hours.

The marinated pigeon is placed in the baking dish.
7.
Preheat the oven to 170°. Select the rotation function. 40 minutes.

Enjoy it out of the oven.

Tips:
The marinating time is marinated according to your preference.
If you are afraid of scorching during the baking process, you can cover it with tin foil.
