Roasted Pork and Stir-fried Garlic and Dried Tofu

The pepper and meat are cut into strips.

The dried tofu and shallots are also cut into strips, and the ginger is shredded.

Wash the garlic sprouts, remove both ends, and cut into sections. Boil it with boiling water (add bottom salt and a few drops of oil to the water).

Pick up the pan, add oil and star anise, stir fry until fragrant, remove the star anise.

Add the meat and ginger, stir and stir well.

Add garlic stalks and stir-fry well.

Add dried tofu, pepper, salt and chicken powder, stir and stir well.

Add the chili and shallots and stir-fry well. Add in the flavour and mix well before serving.

Stir-fried dishes.
