Roasted Pork Trotters

Blanch trotters: add a little ginger slice to a pot under cold water.

When the water is boiled, the froth is removed, and the cooking wine is poured. The cooking wine will have a strong aroma when poured.

Remove the boiled pig's trotter and wash it again, control the water, and put it in the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker.
