Roasted Sea Bass and Vegetables

Today I used an ACA TM33HT oven to grill the fish. It's very simple, you can understand it at a glance, and it's very easy to use. Connect the power in advance, press the menu button to start the setting. Turn to the'grilled fish' position, press start, and the oven will begin to preheat.

While grilling the fish, fry the vegetables. Put a little oil in the pot, add dried chili, green onion, ginger, garlic, sauté fragrant, add Pixian bean paste, fry the red oil

Then add tofu and fungus, add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and light soy sauce to taste, then add a small amount of broth, bring to a boil, turn off the heat when it is cut off, and mix well.

Take out the grilled fish pan. (The oven runs normally) The fish baked in the TM33HT oven is particularly even. Take it out in 10 minutes. The fish is already very fresh and fragrant. It will be more delicious if you add vegetables to it and process it.

Pour in the fried vegetables.

Continue to bake for another 20 minutes in the oven, and place the middle and lower layers.

The automatic setting of the oven is 35 minutes, and you should always observe it when baking. I took it out 5 minutes in advance and it was just right.
