Roasted Shiitake Mushrooms

Several fresh shiitake mushrooms, olive oil, shallots, roasting ingredients (salt, sesame, black pepper, chili noodles, cumin).

Line the baking tray with tin foil

Brush olive oil on tin foil;

Shiitake mushroom cutting knife;
5.
Put the baking tray into the oven;
6.
Put it in the oven and start to bake, the temperature is 180 degrees, and the top and bottom are baked for 15 minutes;

Chopped green onion and set aside;

Modulate baking ingredients;

After fifteen minutes, take out the mushrooms;

Each shiitake mushroom is brushed with olive oil;

Return to the oven and continue to bake for five minutes;

When the shiitake mushrooms become significantly smaller;

Sprinkle chopped green onions out of the pot;

Sprinkle with baking ingredients and serve.
