Roasted Trotters

Chop the trotters

Use a spray gun to burn the hair in the nails, then scrape it with a knife to clean it

Put it in a pot of cold water and boil and cook for 3 minutes. Take it out and wash it.

Put ginger, green onion, star anise, bay leaf, cumin in the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, and then add white wine

Add a little white vinegar

Add moderate soy sauce

Add some brown sugar

Add more salt

Then put the blanched pig's knuckles in

Pour boiling water and shake it into the electric pressure cooker to turn on the tendons

Use dark soy sauce and honey to make a little bit of sauce for brushing the surface

Wait until the pig's feet are cooked and fished out, put it in a baking dish, brush the surface with the sauce, and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes

Brush the sauce twice during roasting to look better
Tips:
You must use a long brush when roasting half of the brush sauce. Don't burn your hands, and don't roast it for too long, otherwise the skin of the pig's feet will look like rubber bands.
