Roasted Vegetarian Chicken

Wash the bought vegetarian chicken and cut into slices

Wash and shred green peppers, and shred green onions

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot and heat up, pour the cut vegetarian chicken into it. When the vegetarian chicken is fried to golden brown on one side, turn to the other side and continue to fry until golden brown.

Pour the fried vegetarian chicken into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, dark soy sauce, and a small amount of salt. Bring to a boil and turn to a low heat for 10 minutes

When the soup in the pot is almost dry, add green pepper, salt, and chicken essence to taste and serve.
Tips:
When frying vegetarian chicken, pour more oil, and when cooking vegetarian chicken, pour in the water that has not been used for vegetarian chicken.
