Roasted Vegetarian Chicken

Cut the vegetarian chicken into slices, don’t cut too thin, it’s not tasty

Heat the oil to 80% heat, and fry the vegetarian chicken in the pot. Be sure to deep-fry it on a low heat.

Soak the fried vegetarian chicken in warm water

Heat the pan, when the oil is 60% hot, put the onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves in the pan and stir fry on low heat to create a fragrance

Add water, a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of soy sauce, a few drops of soy sauce, salt, and finally add the vegetarian chicken. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
