Roasted Vegetarian Chicken

Cut the vegetarian chicken into hob pieces. Choose the soft one, which tastes better.

Cut the pork belly into thick slices, blanch, rinse and drain.
3.
Put the pork belly and stir-fry, add sliced ginger.
4.
Stir-fry until the meat is golden, add cooking wine, and dark soy sauce.
5.
Add tempeh and stir fry.
6.
Pour the vegetarian chicken, stir fry, add some salt and chicken essence. Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.
7.
Turn to medium heat and cook until the soup is dry.
Tips:
We basically don't put sugar in our cooking, but it's actually the same when we are used to it.
