Roasted Yellow Croaker with Garlic

Remove the scales and gills of yellow croaker, wash and drain.

Pat the starch on both sides.

Tips:
Yellow croaker cannot be eaten with Chinese medicine Nepeta; it is not advisable to eat with buckwheat
