Roe Warship Sushi

Take overnight rice, or freshly steamed rice, put it in the refrigerator at 2-4 degrees.

Mix rice and sushi vinegar in a ratio of 6:1. The first method: roll it into a sushi roll with a sushi roll and cut it into small pieces.

Put an appropriate amount of caviar on top.

The second method: cut the sushi into strips.

Take a small ball of rice and hold it moderately with your hands.
