Rose Soy Chicken with Soy Sauce

Wash the chicken, use kitchen paper to absorb the water, first brush a layer of rose wine, the amount of 10ml, and then brush a layer of soy sauce, the amount of 10ml, and submerge it for 10 minutes!

Heat up a frying pan, add garlic, ginger, green onion, and saute for 1 minute!

Put 50ml rose wine and cook for one minute, then put 150ml light soy sauce and cook.

Then put 50ml of soy sauce, 150ml of water, rock sugar, boil, simmer for 5 minutes.

Put a piece of butter paper underneath to prevent sticking of the pan, which can also prevent the marinade from overheating and scalding the chicken skin! Put the chicken down! Pour the hot sauce in the chicken breast and then on the chicken body, about 6 to 8 times!

Tips:
You can increase or decrease the cooking time according to the size of the chicken!
You can use chopsticks to test the cookedness of the chicken before it comes out of the pot!
