Rotten Meat Cowpea

Dice the meat, add light soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt, and minced garlic and mix well. I originally used soaked tender cowpeas, but I used bagged cowpeas left over from breakfast.

Heat oil in the pot, add the meat and stir-fry, and set aside after changing the color

Add a small amount of oil to heat and then add the cowpea and stir fry. After two minutes, add the minced meat and stir fry evenly
5.
Add two jingle and stir fry evenly out of the pan
Tips:
1. The cowpea itself has enough salt, no need to add extra salt, just add some salt to the meat to taste.
