3. The blanched meat, prepared onion chunks, shallots, ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, peppercorns, dried peppers, bay leaves and other compound spices (grass fruit, white cardamom, grass cardamom, amomum 1 in 1 -2 pieces) put them in the casserole together;

4. Add appropriate amount of oil, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, and a little salt. It is recommended to put a small amount at the beginning, and then season it when it is about to simmer, and adjust it to suit your taste;

13. Preheat the electric baking pan without oil, put in the loose noodles, remember to put a chopstick in the middle of the electric baking pan, as shown in the figure, the bun will be more fluffy (if you don't have an electric baking pan, you can) ;

Tips:

1. The seasoning for stewing meat can be added in small amounts several times. According to personal taste, add a few more dried chilies if it can be spicy.
2. Putting sugar in the dough is for better fermentation.
3. Baked buns in an electric baking pan with a chopstick will be more delicious.
4. Be sure to eat while hot.
