Royal Beef Brisket

Wash sirloin and cut into pieces, wash carrots, peel and cut into hob pieces, wash and cut green onions, and slice ginger for use;

Put the sirloin in a pot of cold water, boil it and scald it to remove the blood;

Add water to the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, add the blanched sirloin, simmer for 30 minutes at a pressure of 60, and remove, then cool and drain;

Heat cooking oil in the wok;

Add the shallots, ginger slices, and aniseed, stir fry together with the spicy watercress, sweet noodle sauce, and tomato sauce, add cooking wine and soy sauce and cook for a while;

Pour in the stewed sirloin and stir well;

Then add carrot cubes and appropriate amount of boiled sirloin soup, stir well and cook slightly;

Finally, transfer all the ingredients into the pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes until the soup is slightly collected.
Tips:
1. Spicy bean paste and sweet noodle paste are both salty, so there is no need to add salt.
2. The amount of soup is based on personal preference.
