Rye Flour Quiche

Add rye flour to a paste with warm water and soften for 10 minutes.

Add a little flaxseed meal.

Add 1 tablespoon of white flour.

Knock the eggs into the bowl.
5.
Add a little salt and sesame oil.

Beat into a roux without particles.

While preheating the electric baking pan, scoop in a spoonful of batter,

Push it away with a spatula, and spread it into a thin and even dough. Then cover the baking pan and it will be cooked in about half a minute.
Tips:
1. The batter should not be too thick, otherwise the cake will be thick if it cannot be pushed.
2. When scooping the batter into the electric baking pan, the pan should not be too hot. The batter will be cooked as soon as it touches the pan and cannot be pushed.
