Saliva Chicken
1.
This chicken leg is gone. I don’t like frozen meat. I usually buy live chicken. Half of it is slaughtered for diced chicken or stew, and the other is saliva chicken.
2.
Add green onion and pepper and cook for about 20 minutes.
3.
The meat is tender and tastes good...the flavor of pepper, green onion and ginger is also in the chicken
4.
Oops forgot to shoot
5.
Garlic water soy sauce chicken essence and pepper oil (very important, our old hemp pepper oil tastes good) chopped peanuts (it is troublesome, peanuts are coated in oil and the microwave is turned on...Pour it on top, and then heat the fried pepper Just pour on it and put some green onions and coriander on it!
Tips:
Don’t cook for too long, don’t boil it, it’s stuffy...cool it with ice water, the meat is firm and tender...I think it’s a simple dish, the leftover soup from the chicken legs can be used to cook vegetables, it’s very fresh!
