Saliva Chicken

Bring the prepared chicken drumsticks and ginger slices and peppers to a boil in a pot under cold water and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, then let it sit for another 5 minutes.

Put the cooked legs into the cold boiled water prepared in advance

Put the minced garlic in a bowl, pour the oil into the pot until it is 80 minutes hot, and pour it into the bowl with the minced garlic.

Then pour in light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, chili oil, and half a bowl of chicken broth, plus coriander (the chili oil is still made by yourself, and the flavor is slightly added. It's OK if you don't add it^_^)

You can chop the chicken legs into pieces or peel off the chicken. Put it on a plate and pour in the mixed juice and stir.
Tips:
Save half a bowl of the broth after cooking the chicken thighs to prepare for the juice adjustment.
