The saliva chicken is delicious, spicy, and drooling just by hearing the name."

Saliva Chicken

1. Wash the chicken, put the water in the steamer and steam for 12-15 minutes until cooked (time depends on the size of the chicken)

2. While steaming the chicken, chop the garlic and parsley into a bowl, add a spoonful of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar

3. Add oil in a cold pan, add chili noodles, dried chilies, and Chinese pepper to sauté until fragrant, stir up the red oil

4. Pour the red oil into the bowl of garlic and parsley while it is hot

5. Then add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, chicken essence and mix thoroughly to make a juice

6. Put the steamed chicken in ice water while it is hot and soak in a bath to make the skin smooth and fleshy

7. Chicken cuts and plated

8. Pour the juice you made before, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve. Sprinkle some fried sesame crisp peanuts before serving to make it even more fragrant! It's a pity that I forgot, huh!

Tips:

The chicken is steamed and immediately soaked in ice water for a sharp spirit. After it is ready, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving. Sprinkle some sauteed sesame crisp peanuts before serving to make it more fragrant!
