Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and cut the middle wings with a knife.

Add the appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, cornstarch, and condiments to taste. Stir and marinate for more than two hours.

Heat oil in the pan and fry the chicken wings until golden brown on both sides.

Cut the green onion and garlic.

In a pot with a little oil, sauté the chives and garlic.

Pour in the fried chicken wings and stir fry a few times.
