Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

Prepare the pepper and salt

Sauté the peppercorns over a low heat first

Stir-fry the salt until it turns slightly yellow

Put it in the food processor

Stir it into a fine powder, which is salt and pepper powder

Wash the chicken wings and cut into sections

Prepare rice wine, salt and pepper powder, ginger slices and light soy sauce

Add the rice wine, light soy sauce, and ginger slices to the chicken wings and mix well, then add a teaspoon of salt and pepper powder and mix well

Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, then brush some oil in the fried blue
