Salt and Pepper Crayfish
1.
The crayfish I bought back were cleaned one by one with a small toothbrush. I didn’t go to the mud sausage and sandbag.
2.
Add salad oil to the pot and heat
3.
Put in the cleaned crayfish and fry them. I divided them into two times.
4.
Fish out the fried crayfish
5.
Onions, green peppers, garlic cloves, and ginger are all well cut
6.
Raise the frying pan and sauté the chopped side dishes
7.
Add crayfish and stir fry
8.
Add cooking wine and cook more than usual. It feels best to use beer
9.
Add some light soy sauce, stir well, cover and simmer for a while
10.
Seeing that there is no more juice in the pot, the lobster is dry on the outside, add a little five-spice powder
11.
Add the right amount of salt and pepper powder and stir fry evenly
12.
I like it with a little sweetness, so I added a little sugar, don’t add it if I don’t like it
13.
Stir fry evenly and sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
I didn’t add any additional salt to the whole dish, because I used it as a snack, so I don’t want to be too salty, so adjust it yourself.
