Salt and Pepper Pork Feet

Pork feet are blanched and taken out and rinsed.

Put the pig's feet in a pressure cooker, add grass fruit, star anise, ginger, garlic, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of water, cover with a high-pressure cap and press for about 5 minutes.

Take out the pressed pig's knuckles and drain them. Add oil to the pan to fry the pig's knuckles on a low fire. Be careful when frying.

Take it out when there is a small amount of coke.

Saute the sliced ginger and garlic in a small non-stick pan.

Add the pig's feet and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper powder and stir well.

The finished product (the pig's feet will be better after being cooled).
