Salt and Pepper Pork Feet

1. Pork feet are blanched and taken out and rinsed.

2. Put the pig's feet in a pressure cooker, add grass fruit, star anise, ginger, garlic, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce.

3. Add an appropriate amount of water, cover with a high-pressure cap and press for about 5 minutes.

4. Take out the pressed pig's knuckles and drain them. Add oil to the pan to fry the pig's knuckles on a low fire. Be careful when frying.
