Salt and Pepper Prawns

First open the back of the prawns to remove the shrimp intestines and cut off the shrimp guns. Sea prawns and river prawns can be of any size.

Wash and put it into a large bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, 2 spoons of cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Finely chop ginger and garlic. Finely chop the red pepper. This is the salt and pepper powder, any brand is fine.

The marinated shrimps drain the water. Heat a little bit more oil in the pan and fry the shrimp in the pan.

Fry until the shrimp skin is crispy and serve.

Leave the oil in the pot, add the ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Put the red pepper in and fry together.

Stir the prawns evenly in the pan. A few drops of vinegar will maintain the crispness of the shrimp skin.

Finally, put the salt and pepper powder in, because the salt and pepper is salty, so you don't need to add salt. If you have a heavy mouth, master it yourself.

Stir it well and turn off the heat.

The delicious salt and pepper prawns are on the table.
Tips:
When you start frying the shrimps, add more oil to make the skins crispy. You can put the salt and pepper powder as much as you like, leave it alone if you don't like it, or replace it with your favorite seasoning.
