Salt and Pepper Rolls
1.
Yeast, baking powder, sugar are melted with warm water and kneaded to form a dough for proofing (there is a recipe before the amount of yeast and baking powder)
2.
After the dough is proofed, press it with a noodle machine, spread sesame oil, sprinkle with salt, spicy noodles, thirteen incense, and flour
3.
Fold the dough! After cutting the long strip with a knife, make another cut in the middle (as shown in the picture)
4.
Put the two together and use chopsticks to press in the middle. 😄
5.
Make all the Hanakis in turn, and wake them up for a while (the woken-up Hanakis are very light in your hand)
6.
Just put the proofed Hanamaki on the pot and steam it for twelve or three minutes! (Turn off the heat and simmer for a minute or two before opening the lid! The specific steaming method has been posted before)
7.
Hanamaki is rarely bought and eaten! I like the steamed Hanamaki at home! good to eat
