Tips:
1. When marinating shrimp, you must add a spoonful of raw oil at the end to avoid adhesion during frying, and the color of the fried shrimp will be brighter;
2. Control the oil temperature: Put the pot at medium temperature and fry at high temperature. The surface will be crispy and immediately out of the pot. Ensure that the shrimp shells are fried and crispy and the shrimp meat cannot be fried dry, so that the outside is crispy and the inside is tender;
3. The side dishes can be arbitrarily matched, and more chili is used, and the spicy dishes are also very good. It's just that I don't dare to eat spicy food, so I put less pepper
4. The last salt and pepper is the characteristic of this dish, it is very flavorful, if it is homemade salt and pepper, it would be even better. If you can eat spicy food, you can add some chili powder, which is pretty good too. The guy in my family added chili powder while eating.
