Salted Egg Steamed Minced Pork

Lean pork is chopped into minced meat for later use (because my daughter does not eat fat and lean, so far away from pure lean meat). Forgot to take pictures😅

Scallion, pepper, five-spice powder, ginger powder and minced meat are briefly mixed together.

Add water starch in a small amount of minced meat several times, whipping in one direction, until the minced meat is gently shaken and the surface can be smoothed quickly.

Separate the egg white and egg yolk of the salted duck egg, pour the egg white into the minced meat and continue beating in the original direction until fully mixed (the yolk and egg white of the salted duck egg can be separated easily).

Pour the minced meat into a deep-mouthed plate, put the egg yolk in the middle, and cook it in cold water. After the high heat water is boiled, continue to steam for 15 minutes (double yolk egg 🤗)

Out of the pot, put a few goji berries to garnish. When it's just steamed, there will be a little moisture on the surface, so let it go for a while.
