Fried rice is easier and more delicious. The fried rice with salted egg yolk is more fragrant. Children love it very much and it is also a good way to consume salted egg yolk.

Salted Egg Yolk Fried Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients: a bowl of leftover rice, peeled carrots and diced, a salted egg yolk

2. Crush the salted egg yolk with hot oil in a pot and stir-fry it on a low fire

3. Pour the diced carrots and stir fry

4. Add the diced sausage and fry it

5. Pour leftover rice and stir fry
