Salted Egg Yolk Fried Rice

Prepare the ingredients: a bowl of leftover rice, peeled carrots and diced, a salted egg yolk

Crush the salted egg yolk with hot oil in a pot and stir-fry it on a low fire

Pour the diced carrots and stir fry

Add the diced sausage and fry it

Pour leftover rice and stir fry

Use a spatula to spread the rice and stir-fry evenly

Add some light soy sauce

Add a pinch of salt

Just add an appropriate amount of chopped green onion.
Tips:
The leftover rice is used for the rice at the end, so that the fried rice can be divided into grains.
