Salted Vegetable Steamed Bacon

Prepare the raw materials

Wash the bacon and cook it in the pot or cook until it is mature, mainly desalting

Soak the salted vegetables in clean water, then squeeze out the water

Tips:
1. The bacon is relatively salty, so add more water to boil first, and then desalinate;
2. My salted vegetables are relatively salty. Soak them in water first to desalt. Because the seasoning of the salted vegetables is washed away, so add chili powder when frying. This is done according to your own taste;
3. It is faster to steam with a pressure cooker, and it should be done 20 minutes after the water is boiled.
