Sashimi Fungus

Prepare the required materials

Fungus soaked in water

After soaking, cut into filaments

Shred green and red peppers, mince ginger and garlic for later use

Cut the fish into fillets (thickness as you like)

Add oil and salt to the fish fillets and marinate for 10 minutes

After the pot is boiled, add oil, ginger, and garlic, stir fry for a fragrance, then add the fungus

Quickly stir fry a few times and add salt

Put the green and red pepper shreds in, quickly stir-fry, put on a plate and set aside

Fill a small bowl of water, add cornstarch, light soy sauce, and sugar, stir well and set aside

Bring water to a boil in a clean pot, pour in the prepared icing sugar and cook until thick

Put the sashimi into the boil, put the cooked sashimi on the fried fungus and it's ready
Tips:
The fish fillets will have three shreds, and I use raw fish as the raw material. Raw fish has few bones, and it will not disperse during the frying process. If you don't know how to fill fish fillets, you can fill them in the market, and you can use them when you come back and wash them.
