Sauce Beef

Wash the beef and cut into long strips.

Spread 3 teaspoons of salt evenly on the beef.

Spread 3 teaspoons of five-spice powder in the same way.

The beef is marinated in the refrigerator for one day in the crisper.

Pour 5 cups of water (240ml/cup) into the pressure cooker, add 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 120ml of light soy sauce, 60ml of soy sauce, 3 cloves, 2 star anise, 1.5 teaspoons of cumin, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, 1 green onion, 5 slices of ginger.

Put the marinated beef into the pressure cooker.

Cover the pot, turn on high heat, cook until it gets gasy, reduce the heat to medium and low pressure for 25 minutes.

After the cooked beef has cooled, slice it thinly and place it on a plate.
Tips:
1. If you use an ordinary pot, turn to a low heat and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes after boiling.
2. Each pressure cooker is different, you can add more water according to the actual situation.
