Sauce Beef Tendon

Decompose the beef tendon. My pot is small. If the pot is big, you can omit this step.

Soak the decomposed beef in cold water for 2 hours, soak the blood

Prepare stewed pork buns, wrap them in gauze

Put the stewed pork buns in the pot, add garlic and ginger slices

Put in enough cold water, pour some soy sauce, some dark soy sauce + light soy sauce, and some salt

Add rock sugar and more bean paste

Put the beef tendon into the pot, and the water can cover the beef tendon. Bring to a boil on high heat and simmer for more than 2 hours. Skim the foam in the middle. In fact, the beef tendon that has been soaked in water has no foam. It's not good to skim the foam

Let cool and slice, you can adjust the sauce according to your own taste, and you can enjoy the pleasure of drinking from a big bowl and eating meat.
